Detailed Personality (AT LEAST 1 1/2 paragraphs long. Please, good & bad. Do not mold your character into one description.): Kate is independent. She is very friendly and likes to be true to herself, never trying to be someone other people want. She has her set of morals and values and follows them, but is sometimes too hard on her friends and children when she expects them to follow too. She understands people and their personality very well.
Kate is generally a happy person. But when she is angry, all hell breaks loose. Kate becomes an Amazonian when she’s angry, and no one would want to meet her. Over all, she is mostly seen smiling. She is funny. She likes to laugh. She always helps younger people. She is loyal, kind, compassionate, creative, and original. She also believes in love and soul mates, but not love at first site. She can be very stubborn and sometimes will refuse to do anything. She sometimes feels confined in her world.
On the matter of love and crushes, Kate is not a flirt. She is great on first dates and hanging out. Kate has a problem with commitment. On the matter of enemies, Kate is not someone to have on your bad side. She is like the goddess Hera when she’s angry or jealous. She can be very mean and sometimes will go as far as revenge. On the matter of friendship, she is a great friend. She helps her friends in need and is loyal and trusting.
Kate is a very loyal person. She will stand up for someone. "I may not believe what you believe, but I will help let you say it," is her motto, in a sense. She believes in fairness and justness. Not eye for an eye or tooth for a tooth so to say. But if someone did something wrong, then that person should somehow be punished, but not by her, unless it's personal. She believes in trust. She will trust someone and in return expect the same. Kate believes in treating people the same way you want to be treated, but her anger could make her forget that.
Character History:

-- Siblings: n/a
-- Other Family: n/a
-- Birth place// Hometown:Maine
-- Pets: a cat named Catsanova
Detailed History ( I want to know EVERYTHING about your character’s life. Every detail!! I will not settle less than 2 ½ paragraphs!): Kate was born in Maine, where her parents originally lived before moving. Kate grew up in a normal household. Her father was a lawyer and her mother a writer for a woman's magazine. When Kate was born, her mother took a year off to be with her daughter. Kate still has more memories of being with her father, though, since her mother was away often.
As Kate grew up, her parents enrolled her in music classes. Kate took to this immediately. Originally it was to help Kate make friends, but as Kate grew older, she really found she liked singing.
Kate's childhood was normal, as normal can be. She played with her friends on the beach and attended her parent's benefits in little frilly, white dresses. She was sheltered for the longest time, until one day she had her first kiss. Then she knew about heart breaks and cads. She was only 8 years old, but that really made her unhappy for a week.
She would spend days locked up in her room, drawing and playing records. She would only leave to eat, but she lost friends durning this period. Finally she came out again. Years later she started high school where she made friends.
She joined the cheer squad in her junior year and even dated a basket ball player, but she dumped him after he cheated on her. She took music classes in her junior year and even won an award for a song she sang for a community benefit. Kate began tutoring her junior year.
Now in her senior year, Kate is hoping that she her grades will be good enough to get into a good college. She also hopes not to go through her senior year single.
RP Example: Frances had the day off today and she spent it almost as she always did, visiting a friend who her mother used to work with. It was Mrs. Vande, a widow now and in her late fifties. Fanny would go over there and keep her company, telling her the latest news and how her life was going quite well. Mrs. Vande would then tell her of all the handsome men who would bow down at Fanny's feet if she only had the connections. Fanny would laugh and ignore it, crediting the talk to old age. Secretly she wished she never would talk like that when she would be fifty.
Like today, Fanny bought fresh flowers with her wages and took the same route to Mrs. Vande's small house. Her husband had been a Carpenter. They had met when he was doing some work for her old mistress. He left her with some money to live on, but it was not enough for simple luxuries and friends. Fanny spent the day there, drinking tea and being criticized for the simple grey dress she wore, though it brought out her blue eyes and honey blond hair. Tea turned into dinner and dinner turned into card games and soon it was quite late. Mrs. Vande offered Fanny a room for her to stay the night, but Fanny had to refuse since she needed to be at the boarding house in the morning to light the fires.
It was very dark when Fanny finally left. Mrs. Vande had one of her neighbors lend her their dog to walk her home. In someway it was protection as young ladies didn't walk out at night by themselves. Her only real protection was her quick feet that would help her run away if any trouble occurred. She knew Olivia would scold her for staying out late and probably punish her somehow, but she would get a worse punishment if she wasn't up early in morning.
As Fanny walked through the familiar streets she saw unfamiliar things. Women out at night dressed in provocative ways and men eying them with lust. A little frightened by that, Fanny wasn't watching her step and tripped over a big lump, causing her to fall to the ground beside it. The overly friendly dog was no help as it began licking the heap's face, which turned out to be a man. A rather good looking man, who was asleep. Fanny scrambled up and tried to pull the dog away, but he didn't want to leave. Instead he began to bark.
"Shh," she said, though it didn't work.
